Do I need to now how to box?

Absolutely not! We teach you everything. It is more about movement, fun and community. We go through all the basics in your first week and there is always a trainer there to help you.

How long is a session?

One circuit takes 30 minutes - nice and quick to fit in with your busy life. 

You're always welcome to stay longer. You can go around twice, do your favourite stations again or ask a trainer for specific workouts to meet your needs. We are always happy to help. 

Do I need to be fit to join?
Definitely not! Everything is adaptable and can modified to suit your level. 
That first lap around can be tough but you will have fun and be craving more!
What do I bring?
For your first few session just bring a towel and drink bottle - we have hand wraps and gloves you can use. Once you sign up you can purchase wraps and gloves from us or bring your own.
