Can I try it out first?

Absolutely! Your first session is free! Book in for a trial session, we will show you around, walk you through your first workout. Answer any questions you may have. 

How long is a session?

One circuit takes 30 minutes - nice and quick to fit in with your busy life. 

You're always welcome to stay longer. You can go around twice, do your favourite stations again or ask a trainer for specific workouts to meet your needs. We are always happy to help. 

Do I need to be fit to join?
Definitely not! Everything is adaptable and can modified to suit your level. 
That first lap around can be tough but you will have fun and be craving more!
What do I bring?
For your trial just bring a towel and drink bottle - we have hand wraps and gloves you can use. Once you sign up you can purchase wraps and gloves from us or bring your own.
