We are a circuit based gym that incorporates HIIT, strength & conditioning, boxing and functional training.

At Ignite30, our trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. We specialise in providing high energy circuit workouts that change everyday. 

​

There is always a trainer on site to push you to your limits. We are always available to adapt the workouts to meet your needs and write tailored programs to match your journey, whether it be fat loss, muscle gain or a complete body recomposition.

Short on time? No problems, you can be in and out in 30 minutes.

 

Not sure what to do in the gym or just want to turn the brain off after work? We create full body workouts so you don't need to think. There is always a trainer there to show you what to do!

At Ignite30, we create new workouts daily. Our aim is to have fun and get the body moving. We can always adapt the workouts to ensure you're progressing and succeeding on your fitness journey.

About the owner

The why!

"I was once overweight, unfit and struggling with my health both mentally and physically. I know how hard it is to get motivated and follow a plan. I fell in love with group circuit training - it was hard but I always felt amazing after. I was craving more and I kept pushing! After losing over 60kg I decided it was time to follow my passion and change careers. I become a Personal Trainer but my true passion was still with group training which is how I ended up owning my own group fitness studio."
